Do not get me wrong as this has nothing to do with grammar, style or spelling.To hide the text in the document, select the text you need to hide and press Ctrl+D on keyboard. This will bring up Font dialog, under Effects, enable Hidden option, and click OK. This will hid the selected text, to reveal it back, select the whole document content by pressing Ctrl+A on keyboard and then press Ctrl+D to bring up Font dialog again.Collaborate for free with online versions of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote. Find Always show these formatting marks on the screen group, and uncheck the boxes of Paragraph marks and Show all formatting marks. Simply click OK, and carriage returns have been hidden like below. Close Excel, then launch it normally to see if that did the trick.
